Restoration Community Ministries was founded by Rev. Rochelle Toyer, an ordained Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has served most of her life in Outreach Ministry. As a result, RCM has provided Outreach services to the Washington Metropolitan (DMV) area since 2020. What differentiates us from other Ministries is our ability to truly connect with our communities and provide the exceptional, spiritual and compassionate service they deserve.
